2. Service Description
Amino Studio provides an AI-assisted development workspace where users can generate games, web applications, and digital assets by prompting frontier AI models.
3. Credits and Payments
Credits are prepaid, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Credits are consumed based on model and token usage during generation.
4. Intellectual Property and Ownership
Users own their prompts and generated outputs produced through Amino Studio, subject to third-party model terms. Amino Studio claims no ownership over your created applications or games.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Amino Studio for illegal content, infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, generation of malware, or misrepresenting AI-generated outputs as human-made where prohibited.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amino Studio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
